By accessing or using SportsTeam.Ninja (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SportsTeam.Ninja is a team management platform that provides roster management, game and practice scheduling, lineup building, integrated notifications via SMS and email, and a team website — all in one place.
To access certain features, you must register using your phone number or email address. Authentication is passwordless via magic link (SMS or email). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: uploading harmful or illegal content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users' access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails related to authentication, game reminders, practice notifications, and other team-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time through your account settings.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by SportsTeam.Ninja and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload, but grant us a license to use it in connection with operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SportsTeam.Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
